- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Applies to: Standard products including EDC storage solutions and everyday gifts.
What's Not Eligible
- Personalized or custom-engraved items.
- Final sale products (marked as such at purchase).
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@rukandsaddleoutfitters.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely package the item and include the RA number. Use your original shipping method or equivalent for safe delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping is non-refundable. We'll cover return shipping for defective items; otherwise, you pay return postage.
- Inspection: Once received (allow 5-7 business days), we'll inspect and process your return.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refund: Full purchase price (excluding original shipping) credited to your original payment method within 2-5 business days of approval.
